Our Story
How westarted rolling.
It started the way the best food ideas do — [a crowded kitchen, a group chat and one batch of egg rolls that disappeared before they cooled]. Chef Gisselle kept tweaking the filling. Friends kept coming back for more. Somewhere between batch ten and batch one hundred, Rollini became a thing.
We’re not trying to reinvent takeout. We just think the egg roll deserves to be the main event: crispy outside, creamy inside, and good enough that people are still talking about it tomorrow.
